The grapes are processed without stems and whole berries, with controlled and continuous fermentation.
Red wine is made traditionally using mash fermentation.






The wine finishing process is traditional, and based on variety, in stainless steel tanks, wooden barrels or Barriques. With our cold-sterile and thus careful filling, we can guarantee that the wine's own innate freshness is maintained.

Our wines are sealed with choice quality corks, screw caps and the new taste-neutral glass stoppers "Vino-Lok", a revolution in bottle sealing.
